For years I have shopped exclusively at your stores for my auto parts needs. You have convenient locations, and for the most part great employees who are usually helpful. From now on, I will drive the extra couple of Miles to avoid your establishments. The station spoke to a representative from the company's corporate office who said they had a "zero tolerance policy for employees having weapons inside the store. Saying there is a zero tolerance policy on anything is idiotic, there is always the exception and that should be taken into account. What if the robber kills someone next time?

I took my battery brand new battery in to have it charged because I ran it down trying to start my car they lost it and replace it with a battery that will not hold a charge. When I returned that battery they told me I had to purchase another battery I want to know what is going to be done about the brand new battery I just purchased that they lost? Hello I was given ur email addy to contact u about a charge that was charged to my card ending in in ur Roy store a couple days ago. I have tried handling it with ur store but the manager that was so rude the other day when this happened called in sick yesterday and they said she would probably call in sick today as well and gave me someone elses name Lee to contact today but when I called today he was out as well so they gave me ur email addy to get this stuff figured out.

So I called my bank and there had not been no return or cancellation of the purchase on my banks side. She still argued with me and said it had been cancelled and it was up to my bank but on their end it had been cancelled. Told me it was pending because of the cancellation so there i was stuck leaving auto zone with no starter and broker then when I got there. So I walked back to my ride because she wouldnt help me figure it out just sayin it had been cancelled.

So I spend another hot ass day and night in my ride waiting for my money to come back on my card The next day I check and it had been posted just as i told her it would do and sure as crap my money was taken out of my account and never put back on it. So i try calling them back to where I was hung up on the first time after waiting forever for ur manager to get onto the phone but it was hung up on the first time so I call back and wait another good mins just to have the same kid get back on the phone and tell me theres no managers there until today and that I could call back and talk to a manager named Lee.

The store does good numbers do to location and it was up for only a few years. I believe its the best then life changes for the worst when My co worker Ben who i was training with to become a psm had pass away and then it was hell. I was not able to attend the funeral because they had me work. They remove my manager Jermaine from the store and the Dm replaces him with a new manager name paul who does not know anything.

We still move forward i speak to my Dm and explain to him am the next runner up for a promotion. The promotion that he pushed me for because we needed another psm. Every since Ben passed they swept me under the rug. Cut hours after informing me and another co worker that we dont have enought.

The projected sales is still the same if not a little less. My manager Paul starts to hire new employees after 1 month and a new part time psm off the street. I know my oath and pledge they dont know any thing. I am certified as a parts expert no one in the Brooklyn and Queens locations have that.

I worked had to accomplish a goal to help me and the company grow. I love cars and everything that deals with them but they continue to hire people for there own benefits which my Dm does am full American and i get no help but the new workers they get more hours then me and swap of days.
